Obituary

TRAVIS

Loren Henry “Lonny” Travis, age 63, of London, passed away Friday, October 23, 2026, in Doctors West Hospital, Columbus.

Born on July 22, 1963, in London, Lonny was a son of Lillian (Barnhart) Frances. A hard-working man throughout his entire life, Lonny spent many years working in roofing. Outside of work, he possessed a natural knack for fixing things and spent countless hours tinkering. He also enjoyed searching for hidden treasures through junking and scrapping. Lonny had a rare gift for seeing value, purpose, and potential where others saw none, and there was hardly anything he could not repair or repurpose with his hands and resourcefulness.

Lonny is survived by his fiancée, Bridget Adams; sister Franny (Harold) Mason and brother Rodney (Becky) Rucker; daughter Leslee; bonus children: John (Michelle) Smith, Sierra Smith, Billy (Klarissa) Ramey IV, Destiny (Jordan) Adams; son-in-law Anthony Parham; numerous grandchildren including Shantayah, Landon, Noel, and Leon’tay; several nieces and nephews including Sheila and Erica; aunt Anita Travis.

He was preceded in death by his mother Lillian and brothers Jesse David, James Edward and Wesley Norman Travis.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 North Main Street, London, Ohio 43140.
