Lloyd Daniel Carico "Danny" age 64 passed away Aug. 5, 2024, at his home in Columbus Ohio. He was born in Norton, Virginia, the son of the late Joe Cecil and Peggy Ann Carico. There was always laughter and joy wherever he went. He was named after his grandfather who was as stubborn as he was. He loved his siblings fiercely, along with his nieces and nephews, He loved Nascar, Motorcycle, hunting and fishing (boy did he love fishing) and loved spending time with family. Danny was as gentle as they come and had the biggest heart. He is finally resting and at peace with God.

Danny was preceded in death by his loving parents, Maternal grandparents Lloyd and Della "Mae" Hamm, Paternal grandparents Charlie and Nancy Carico, brother-in-law Tim G. Fresch, uncle Jim Hamm, nephew Timothy Fresch, great nephew Domonic Fresch, brother-in-law Tim Fresch.

Leaving a legacy through his family members, he is survived by his son Zachary, Three Brothers: Joe A Carico, John "Buddy" Carico and Michelle of Clintwood, and Charles "Billy" Carico of Bellevue, OH. one sister Gwenda Fresch of Bellevue, OH.  uncles and aunts, Ray and Pat Hamm, Carol Hamm, of Ohio, along with Nieces and Nephews and other relatives and friends.

Graveside service will be held 1 PM Wed. Aug. 21, 2024, at the Greenwood Cemetery, Coeburn, VA. Pallbearers will be Family and Friends. The procession to cemetery is to meet at Clintwood Funeral Home at 12 Noon.
