Lisa Jo (Pace) Howard, age 65, of London, passed away Monday, August 3, 2026, in the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center.

Born May 1, 1961, in Xenia, Ohio, Lisa was a daughter of James Edward Pace and Darlene (Massie) Gonzalez. Lisa had worked as a caregiver for ResCare, where she dedicated her daily life to supporting and caring for others. She was an active member of Crosslight in London, where her strong faith and love for the Lord were a central part of her life. In her free time, she enjoyed relaxing at home and playing games on her phone.

Her extraordinary heart extended far beyond her own family – she possessed an unending capacity for loving children and played a vital, irreplaceable role in raising and guiding many young lives who weren’t her own. To so many, she was a mother when they needed one most.

Nothing brought her greater happiness than her family. She was a devoted mother, a doting grandmother, and a cherished great-grandmother. Her legacy will continue to live on through the countless hearts she touched through her kindness.

Even in her passing, Lisa continued to help others through her choice to be an eye donor, giving the lasting gift of sight.

Left to cherish her memory include her children: Kendra Gordon, Terry Gordon, Kenneth Gordon, Katrina (Clifford) Branham, Josh (Michelle) Gordon, Angel Gordon, and Darla Gordon; her step-children: Alicia Howard, Rochelle Howard, and Clark Howard; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were the lights of her life; siblings Alfonso Gonzales, Juana Cotton, and Jorge (Shantel) Gonzalez; many nieces and nephews.

Lisa was preceded in death by her parents James and Darlene; son Korey Gordon; sisters Teresa Buchanan and Pamela Threlkeld; grandparents Georgia and John Massie.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, August 10, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 North Main Street, London, Ohio, 43140. Funeral services will commence at 1:00 PM with Pastor Mark Schroder officiating. Cremation will then take place in accordance with Lisa’s wishes.
