BILLING LeRoy (Lee) E. Billing, 84, of London, Ohio passed away at his residence Saturday, August 16, 2014. Born November 17, 1929 in Sidney Ohio; he was the son of the late Walter R. Billing and Margaret E. (Clark). LeRoy worked for Springfield Bus Company as a Driver and was a US Army Veteran serving in the distinguished position of Honor Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery. He is survived by his loving wife Judy (Gorham) of over 30 years; children Bob (Nancy) Billing, Debbie (Bill) Brown, Lee (Karmen) Billing, his pet cat Butterscotch which he lovingly nicknamed "Dummy." Siblings; Carol Collins, Betty Baker, Charldean Reid; special friends Jerry (Ginny) Purdin, and John (Mary Ann) Marburger. Stepchildren; Cynthia (Susan Alberter) Olsen M.D., David Glen (Terri) Olsen, Susan Beth (Lee) Dunham, Step-grandchildren Ian, Carlin, Dan, Sarah, and many grand children and great grandchildren and Julian, Jaden, and Billy who lovingly called him Grandpa Buckeye. He was preceded in death by siblings; Raymond Walter Billing, Ronald M Billing, Ruth Reed, Wanda June Murray, and especially loved step-son John Daniel Olsen. Funeral services will be held at the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY 103 N. Main St. London, Wednesday August 20, 2014 at 3:30PM with calling hours from 2pm until the time of service. Interment will follow at Somerford Cemetery, London with full military honors presented by the West Jefferson VFW Post 7005.
