LAMBERT

Kenneth D. Lambert, Sr., 89, of South Vienna, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 1, 2024, in his residence.

Born December 31, 1934, in Madison County, he was a son of Roy Lambert and Roberta (Lindsey) Lambert.

A United States Air Force Veteran, Kenny served our country from 1956-1960. Following his time in the service, he worked in maintenance for the former Purex/Dial Corporation. A devoted Christian, Kenny was a member of the Newport Church of Christ in Christian Union. Fair season was always the highlight of each year for Kenny, particularly he enjoyed visiting the Ohio State Fair where he would be sure to attend his favorite event, the tractor pulls!

Survivors include his children Debbie (Connie) Lambert and Kenneth Dale Lambert Jr.; grandson David Lambert; sister Joan (Don) Sorrell, brother Billy (Marilyn); many nieces and nephews. Kenny was preceded in death by his parents; beloved wife Wyonna (McCombs) Lambert; son Doug Lambert; siblings Johnny Lambert, Wayne Lambert, Ed (Betty) Lambert, Agnes (Frank) Fout, and Mary Jane (Dick) White.

The family would like to extend a thank you to their special neighbors of Old Columbus Road for always looking out for Kenny.

Public services will not be observed in accordance with Kenny's wishes. Cremation will take place, and he will be interred beside his wife Wyonna in Deercreek Township Cemetery.
