MARTINEZ Tino Martinez, Jr, 62, of London died Monday, October 17, 2016 in Columbus. Born July 23, 1954 in Lansing, MI; he was a son of Raquel (Rosas) and Juventino Martinez, Sr. He was employed by Stanley Electric, attended Fountain of Truth Ministries and had been a soccer coach and former Boy Scout Leader. When he had lived in Lansing, he had been a kindergarten instructional assistant in the Lansing Schools for over 20 years and had been a member of the Mount Hope Church. Survivors include his wife Kim Martinez; children Juventino C.S. (Jamie) Martinez, III, Corey Rice (Charity Cain), Brittany Lemmon (Korey Hoag), Steven R. Freemire and twin daughters Madison and Mikayla Martinez; grandchildren Ilissa and Victoria Martinez, Abrianna and A'nyah Rice, Brionna Harris, Asianah Gonzalez and Quincy Cain; mother Raquel Garcia (Angel Madrid), father Juventino (Doris) Martinez; brothers and sisters Ramon Martinez, Juan Martinez, Beninga (Alan) Dase, Roberto Martinez, Annette Zapata, Gilbert (Margo) Niccum, Ruben Martinez, Ricardo Martinez, Kim Garcia, Hilario (Stacey) Garcia and Esperanza Martinez, numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife Raquel (Revilla) Martinez; paternal grandparents Luis Higuera and Esperanza (Carinona) Guiterrez-Martinez and maternal grandparents Juan and Maria Rosas.
