CULBERTSON Julia F. Culbertson, 46, of London, Ohio; passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015 in her residence. Born July 10, 1968 in Columbus, Ohio; she was the daughter of Kenneth John and Nina Beth Lewis. Julia was a retired Iron Worker, belonging to local #172 of Columbus Ohio and loved her Ohio State Buckeyes. She is survived by her mother Nina B. Lewis, husband Randal Culbertson, step-son Dustin Culbertson; five daughters, Rachel Seymour, Sara Messer, Emily (Chris) Rice, Kathleen Carte and Bethaney Culbertson, five beautiful granddaughters, best friend Angela Stringer (Carter); and many other relatives. She was preceded in death by her father, aunts, and uncles. A memorial service is pending, family and friends will be notified.
