John Raymond Noe, 85, died April 7, 2026, in his residence, surrounded by his loving family.

Born December 22, 1940, in Indianapolis, IN, he was the son of Reverend Paul R. Noe and Marjorie (Schilling) Noe.

After graduating with a degree from Purdue University, John worked as a professional Civil Engineer and was a proud veteran of the US Air Force. He was also a member of the Ohio Archeological Society, loved golfing especially with his good friend Dan Rose, enjoyed his HO model trains and flea markets.

He will be fondly remembered by his wife of 60 years, Sue (Lane) Noe; daughter Melinda (Jeffery) Hare; grandchildren Allison Montgomery, John Matthew (Shawna) Montgomery and Courtney Hare; great-granddaughter Madilyn McIntire; sister Jeanette (Ralph) Karbach; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Carolyn Cope.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, April 16, 2026, in Grove City Cemetery, 4399 Grove City Road, Grove City, Ohio with Pastor Markese Thomas officiating. Military honors will be bestowed by the United States Air Force.
