BODLE

Bodle, John (Jeff) passed away on January 30, 2024, in Loveland, Ohio. Born in Granville, Ohio on September 27, 1947, to John and Jeanne (McKnight) Bodle, he graduated from Vanderbilt University class of 1969. As President of Citizen's Bank of London from 1988 to 2004, he was dedicated to the community of London, Ohio. He served as President of the London Chamber of Commerce; LABC Baseball coach; and was an all-around supporter of initiatives that had a positive impact on his community. Jeff leaves behind many loving family members. His wife of 50 years, Catherine (Sparling) Bodle; his two children Carrie Bodle (Dr. Axel Roesler) of Seattle, WA; Ryan Bodle (Kara Bodle) of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren Otto and Enzo Roesler, Owen and Lucas Bodle; sister Kathleen Fisher (John Fisher) of Grove City, OH; sister-in-law Mary Lynne Yokum (Dr. Harry Yokum) of London, OH; and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a visitation at EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 North Main Street, London, OH 43140 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 3, 2024 with funeral services directly afterwards. Burial will follow at Kirkwood Cemetery, London, OH.
