RUSH Joe Rush, 64 of Orient, died Monday, May 21, 2018 in Mt. Carmel Medical Center. Born June 19, 1953 in Columbus; he was a son of William Harvey and Marybelle (Downs) Rush. An avid OSU fan who loved his Budweiser; Joe had worked for Tri-Green Interstate Equipment for the past 28 years. Survivors include his son Derek Rush and his fiancée Megan Young; brother Dean Rush and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Brittany in 2006. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Friday in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London with Pastor Jon Osmundson officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11AM-1PM Friday. The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
