Jenny May Rose Sanders, 70, of London, died Wednesday, June 28, 2023, in Madison Health, surrounded by her loving family.

Born July 10, 1952, in Columbus, she was a daughter of Robert and Irene (Stephens) Stroup. Jenny was a graduate of the Madison South High School, Class of 1971.

She was a natural born caregiver and went on to work in childcare for over 50 years, including being the director of the latch key program at Madison Plains. Jenny was also a member of the London Church of the Nazarene. Her smile, kindhearted nature, and devotion to others were truly one of a kind and will never be forgotten.

She is survived by siblings Lisa (Mick) Snyder, Steve (Sherry) Stroup, Robert Stroup, Thomas Stroup, Randy (Edie) Stroup, Sally (Tom) Blair, Matthew (Mandy) Stroup; those most dear to her heart, her nieces and nephews: Jessica (Zack) Zorns and their children Melonie and Jackson, Christina Henry and her daughter Aubrey, Randy (Shevy) Gammell, Jr.; many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Jenny was preceded in death by her parents and beloved husband Steven Andrew Sanders in 2014.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 3, 2023, beginning at 1:00 PM, in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 North Main Street, London, Ohio 43140, with Pastor Gaye Gossard and Mr. Randy Stroup officiating. Interment will follow in Paint Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 11:00 AM until the time of services.
