SMITH Jennifer Lynn Smith, 39, of Columbus died Sunday, July 17, 2016 in her residence. Born July 20, 1976 in London she was a daughter of Kimberly (Sanders) and Johnny Smith. Survivors include her children Ciara Golden, Gabrielle Smith, Brooklyn Smith, Patience Smith and Steven Howard, Jr; grandchildren Tatyanna Golden-Williams and Mariyah Golden - Williams; her parents Kimberly Sanders-Smith and Johnny Smith; grandmother Mary Lou Sanders; brother Jamie Smith; sister Mindy Mae Pack, step-brother Johnny Reime, step-sister Christina Reime, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins including special cousin Tarrah McCoy, special friend Steven Howard, Sr. and her beloved dog, Kaine. She was preceded in death by her cousin Bradley Rutherford, grandparents Hattie and Marion Smith and Roy Sanders and William Golden. A memorial service will be held at 6 PM Thursday in the Faith Assembly Worship Center, 2600 US Rt. 40 NE, London with Youth Pastor Jordan Smith officiating. Friends may call at the church from 4-6 PM Thursday.
