VALLERY

Jeffrey K. Vallery, 66, of South Charleston, died Tuesday, May 28, 2024, in Springfield Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family.

Born December 10, 1957, in Springfield, he was a son of Edwin Vallery and Suzanne (Rothe).

A lifelong farmer, Jeff was also a truck driver and had worked at the London Correctional Institution. He loved farming, playing cards with his friends, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include his son David (Angela) Vallery, daughter Julie (Jason) Plank; grandchildren Ava Vallery, Steele Plank, and Kayla Ison; step-mother Rita Vallery; aunts and uncles Carolyn Wilson, Carl (Sharon) Vallery, Norma (Donald) Hux, John Vallery, Linda Seaburn and Marion (Debbie) Vallery; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and many, many friends.

Jeff was preceded in death by his mother Suzanne Howsmon, father Edwin Vallery, brother Steve Vallery, and his best four-legged companion Harley.

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Kirkwood Cemetery, London.

A Celebration of Jeff's life will be held from 1pm-5pm, Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 10665 Charleston-Chillicothe Road, South Solon, Ohio.
