NAPPER Jean E. Napper was born February 28, 1925 in London to Edward and Lora Ellen Smith, went home to be with the Lord on March 12, 2014 after a courageous battle with emphysema. She was a member of the Fountain of Truth Ministries of London, OH and was mother of the church. She loved her church, the God she served and her Pastor, Elder Tyrone Artis. She was preceded in death by her father and mother Edward and Lora Ellen Smith, husband Wilfred P. Napper, three sisters in law Marie Hawkins, Evelyn Seldon and Justina Love, seven brothers Harold, Lloyd, Richard, Vernon, Bruce, Billy and Marion, two sisters Marvine Smith and Eleanor (Smith) Smallwood. Survivors include one sister Betty Bell of Los Angeles, CA, two loving sons Ralph Edward Napper and Ronnie Lee Napper, six grandchildren Brian and Michael Napper, Ronnie, Donnie and Joey VanHoose and Ronnie Napper, Jr, fourteen great-grandchildren Jordan, Isaiah and Briann Napper, Tozya, Cody, Cloey, Brendon, Darrien, Khrizdon, Camron, Tyler, Jaswaun, Kiley and Joey VanHoose, numerous nieces, nephews and great and great-great nieces and nephews. Also, three special nieces who stood by her side Mary Ellen Whitson, Marlene Simmons and Nancy Johnson, one special young man Kevin Jones who considered her as Aunt Jean and Stephanie (Collier) Michael whom she loved as a daughter. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday in the EBERLE-FISHER FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London with Pastor Tyrone Artis and Elder Brian Hamilton officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, London. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1-6 PM Sunday. If they wish, friends may make memorial contributions to the American Lung Association.
