HARLEY

Jean Harley, 90, of London, died Friday, November 19, 2021, in The Madison Senior Living Community, London.

Born June 15, 1931, in Portsmouth, Ohio, she was a daughter of Henry and Minnie D. (Clemens) Papillon.

Jean was a member of Grace Baptist Church, London.

Survivors include her son William H. (Janell) Harley of London, niece Deanna Pitts; great niece and nephews Blaine, Amy and Steve.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Richard Harley, Sr., son Richard Harley, Jr., sister Mary and brother Chester.

A memorial service for Jean will be held at 2 PM Sunday, November 28, 2021, in the Grace Baptist Church, 121 N. Madison Road, London, Ohio, with Pastor Dwain Hill officiating. Friends may call at the church from 1 PM until time of services.
