KENNEDY Jane Ann (Dixon) Kennedy, 89, of Hilliard, died Wednesday, July 12, 2017 in Hilliard. Born July 8, 1928 in Columbus; she was a daughter of Roy W. and Kathryn (Cook) Dixon. Jane had attended Miami (OH) University, worked as a clerk for Opekasit in London and loved quilting. Survivors include her sons Timothy David Kennedy of Columbus and Joseph (Christina) Kennedy of West Jefferson; brother in law Ed (Betty) Kennedy of Columbus; sisters in law Mary Jo Kennedy of London and Susi Kennedy of West Jefferson; several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents and husband John D. Kennedy in 2004. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, July 16, 2017 in Kirkwood Cemetery, London with Pastor Tracy Dague officiating. Per Jane's wishes, visitation will not be observed.The family suggests memorials in Jane's memory be made to Loving Care Hospice, PO Box 445, London, Ohio 43140.
