Smouse, 36, of Springfield, Ohio died unexpectedly on Friday, April 28, 2017 in his residence.Born February 8, 1981 in London; he was a son of Michael and Elaine (Angel) Smouse and had been employed at Custom Tires in Springfield, Ohio.Survivors include his daughter Alexis and fiancee' Amber Secondd; father Michael; brothers Ryan Barret and Michael L. (Amber) Smouse, Jr.; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.He was preceded in death by his mother Elaine and sister Angela Hines.A celebration of Jim's life will be held from 3-5 PM on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at The EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME, 103 N.
