MARKOWSKY James Markowsky, 69, of London died Friday, March 17, 2017 in London. Born June 7, 1947 in Cleveland; he was the youngest son of Ted and Mary (Szuhy) Markowsky. Jim retired in 2014 after a long career in Human Resources in various capacities for several companies including Rockwell Automation, IDT (Industrial Data Technologies) and Tek Systems in Columbus. Utilizing his abundant creativity and attention to detail, he began crafting handmade leather items that he marketed on Etsy for the past three years. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 48 years Lee Markowsky; brother Robert (Karen) Markovsky; three nephews, one niece; seven grandnephews and his pretty girl Bailey, the Springer Spaniel. Preceding him in death was his parents and mother in law Edna McHugh. A celebration of James' life will be held at 2:30 PM Saturday, March 25, 2017 in the St. Patrick Church Parish Center with Father Mark Ghiloni officiating.
