BLUHM
Jacob Frederick Bluhm, 34, of Plain City, passed peacefully on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, following a courageous and valiantly fought battle with cancer. Born January 13, 1991, in London, he was a son of Fred Bluhm and Pam (Ayle) Bluhm.
A 2009 graduate of Jonathan Alder High School, Jacob had worked as a receiving manager for Giant Eagle. Always skilled with his hands, he became quite the talented welder and additionally enjoyed working on motorcycles. His happiest memories included time spent with friends or going boating. Although Jacob's time with us was much too short, he will be fondly remembered for his strong will, passion for life, and the many irreplaceable memories spent together with family and friends that will be forever held close.
Jacob's legacy will continue through his daughter Declyn Bluhm; his beloved parents Fred and Pam Bluhm; brother Jason (Sarah) Bluhm; nephew Frederick Bluhm, nieces Hannah and Corinne Bluhm; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister Rita Bluhm.
Friends are invited to join Jacob's family for visitation on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 2:00 – 4:00 PM in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 North Main Street, London, Ohio 43140. A Celebration of Life to honor his legacy will follow visitation, beginning at 4:00 PM.
To honor Jacob's cause, memorials in his name may be sent to benefit the American Cancer Society online at www.cancer.org, or to the James Cancer Hospital online at https://cancer.osu.edu/for-donors-and-volunteers/how-to-donate.
