TOLLER Jack Allen Toller, 45, of London passed away Friday, September 4, 2015 at his residence. He was born July 31, 1970 in Joliet Illinois he is the son of John Robert and Janet (Clifford) Toller. He is survived by his wife of 16 years Teresa (Williams), mother; brother James (Mandi) Toller, nieces and nephews Cheyanna, Chris, Matthew, Gage, Jamie and Kaiden; children Jordyn Paige, Kyle, Justin (Jen) and Cameron Toller; grandchildren Kayla, Emily, Savanna and Jenaleigh; a host of cousins, aunts and uncles, friends and special friend Dan Bausmith. He is preceded in death by his father; brother Johnny Robert Toller; paternal grandparents Ira and Clara Toller, Maternal grandparents George (Clara) Clifford; aunts Alice Clifford, Judy Mills; uncle Jim Clifford and cousin Robert Clifford. Funeral services will be held 12 p.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at THE EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY. Interment will follow at the Pleasant Cemetery Mt. Sterling, Ohio.
