McCOMBS Immogene McCombs, 88 years old from South Vienna, Oh, went to be with the Lord on December 25, 2018 while a resident at Forest Glen. She was born November 30, 1930 in KY. She is preceded in death by her husband Gilbert McCombs, Sr., her parents Frank and Ethel Boggs, brothers and sisters in law Junior and Dorie Boggs, Ray and Donna Boggs, daughter in law Wanda McCombs. She is survived by sisters Joy (Chris) Rorris, Patty (Charles) Stegall, brother Lonnie (Mary Lou) Boggs, children Gilbert McCombs Jr, Jackie (Tom) Pelfrey, Ruth (Mark) Cain, Barry (Cindy) McCombs; grandchildren Mindy Fultz, Scott (Diane) McCombs, Tommy (Tonya) Pelfrey, Trent Pelfrey, Brian (Jessica) Pelfrey, Amy Bowen, Kim Langston, Lance Knief, BJ (Sherri) McCombs, Brandy (Cory) Cameron; several great and great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Immogene was a member of the Brighton United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling with her sister Joy, reading books and car rides to see the deer. She retired from Shoemaker's Grocery Store. Services will be held at 1 PM Friday, Dec. 28, 2018 in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London, followed by final resting at Plattsburg Cemetery.
