BUCK

Helen S. Buck, 90, of London died Wednesday, January 27, 2021 in her residence.

Born August 21, 1930 in New Comerstown, Ohio, she was a daughter of Theodore and Willamina Stahl.

After graduating from The Ohio State University, Helen became a Home Economics Agent for Madison County. She was an avid gardener, belonging to the Open Gate Garden Club and became a Master Gardener. She had volunteered at Franklin Park Conservatory and the Ameriflora Expo. Being active in the family farm, she had also been a former board member of the Madison County Soil and Water Conservation Board. And a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Helen was active in the Beacons.

Survivors include her sons Karl, Eric (Mary) and Fritz, her sister Elsie Mykrantz, several nieces and nephews and her beloved dog Bruno.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Donald. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Monday in St. John's Lutheran Church, 3220 Columbus Street, Grove City, Ohio 43123. Interment will follow in Paint Memorial Cemetery, London. Friends may call at the church from 11 AM until time of services Monday.

The family suggests memorials in Helen's name be made to either the Open Gate Garden Club, 615 US Highway 42 SW, London, OH 43140 or to St. John's Lutheran Church, Grove City.
