With loving hearts, we announce the passing of our mother, Helen Elizabeth "Libby" (Wilson) Rowe. She was born on July 23,1934 in Madison County, Ohio and died peacefully on March 26, 2025. She was the daughter of J. Bryan and Ethyl (Holt) Wilson. She graduated from Madison Rural High School and attended The Ohio State University. She was a lifelong proud Buckeye and member of the alumni association. In 1960, she moved with her husband to Southern California. She worked for Owens Illinois, Libbey Glass as a purchasing agent for over 30 years. Libby enjoyed traveling to such places as Hawaii, Acapulco, Tijuana, Route 66 and Palm Springs. She always loved coming back to Madison County and visiting family and after retirement, chose to make her home there. She is survived by her daughters, Roxanne (Bob) Alderson of Columbus and Nanette (Don) Roberts of Folsom, CA; her grandchildren, Justin Regan, Andrea Regan, Jourdain (Joel) Richart and Josiah (Amy) Roberts; great grandchildren, Liam Richart and Elliana Roberts. Libby was preceded in death by her parents; first husband Ted Graves and her second husband Bob Rowe; sister Martha Vivian "Bea (Colonel Jay) Hunter.
