FARMER Gloria May "Angel" Farmer, 77, of Columbus; died Thursday, September 7, 2017 in Mt. Carmel Medical Center, Columbus. Born January 15, 1940 in Sophia, WV; she was a daughter of Dora May and Princie A. Cox, Sr. Survivors include her children Stephen Eugene Farmer (Jay Cloud) and Katherine Lynn Crawford; grandchildren Victoria Lynn Farmer (Justin), Shannon Lee (Don) Evans and Christopher Eugene Crawford; great grandchildren Christian and Brittany Evans and great-great grandson Jayce; siblings Helen June Brooks, Clarice Bailey, Tressie (Terry Taylor) Hastings, Jack (Dixie) Cox, Donald (Susan) Cox and Gary (Karen) Cox; sister in law Bertha Cox, brother in law Jim Farmer, many nieces and nephews and life-long friend Lillian "Nanny" Abare. She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Farmer, parents and siblings James A. Cox, Sr., Princie A Cox, Jr., Glen L. Cox and Carole Cox. Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Sunday, September 10, 2017 in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St. London with Mr. Bryan Stevens officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-3 PM Sunday. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas, VA.
