Obituary

ROBINSON Gladys Marie Robinson, born January 4, 1932, crossed over peacefully in her sleep on February 20, 2013. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary, her husband Robert Owen, daughter Stacy Bronwyn, sister Shirley and brothers Johnny and Theodore. Survived by daughters Gisela (David) Bowlds, Triva (Brian) Schrader; grandchildren Kristopher (Brenda) Robinson, Brian (Jackie) Layman, Paul (Ginny) Layman, Ken (Jackie) Bullock, Erin (Brad) Doss and Leslie Marie Schrader (Will Hughes); great grandchildren Seth, Ryan, Tyler, Briana, Kaleigh, Eli, Shelby, Owen, Ainsley Olivia and Hudson. Also, sisters Lois Miller, Ada Tucker, Kim Meredith, Virginia Taylor, Lora Bowling, Stacy Parnell and her true heart Bettye (Mary E.) McCormick; brothers Phillip Huff and Willis (Sonny) Huff. She also leaves many nieces, nephews and her beloved dog Allie. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She worked hard all of her life, retiring from General Electric and the Owensboro Mercy Healthcare System. Above all else, she was an artist. She painted, using watercolors, until the ability was taken from her by Alzheimer's. Private services will be held at the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, London, Ohio on Friday, February 22, 2013. A memorial celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
