LAZENBY Geraldine A. (Trickel) Lazenby, 81, of London died Saturday, January 30, 2016 in Mt. Carmel Medical Center, Columbus. Born March 6, 1934 in Columbus; she was a daughter of Ralph and Marie (Reynolds) Trickel. A very active community member, Gerry belonged to St. John's Lutheran Church where she led the Prayer Quilt Ministry. She was also a member and active in the Heirloom Quilters, the Red Hat Society and volunteered at the HELP House and the Madison House. Survivors include her husband of 63 years David Lazenby, son Jeffery (Jeannie) Lazenby, daughter Sandra (Terry) Green, daughter in law Ann Lazenby; grandchildren Robert (Dana) McKeeman, Zachary (Michelle) Green, Aaron (Elena) Lazenby and Eric Lazenby; great-grandchildren Kelley, Liam, Teagan, Hudson, Nora, Ava and Liah; sister Betty Bush and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, son David E. Lazenby and sisters Mary Ward and Bonnie Carr. Funeral services will be held at 4 PM Wednesday in St. John's Lutheran Church with Pastor Orinda Hawkins-Brinkley officiating. Friends may call at the church from 1 PM until time of services.
