TRUEB George Trueb, 90, of London died Wednesday, November 29, 2017 in London Health and Rehab. Born April 14, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY; the son of Ralph and Anna (Bohmfeldt) Trueb. George retired from Long Island Lighting Company (LILCO) in 1986. He then moved to London, worked at Madison Lanes Bowling Alley and became a member of the London Country Club where he also worked in the Pro Shop. He was a US Veteran of WWII, serving in the Merchant Marines. Survivors include his son and daughter in law Glenn and Ann Trueb, daughter Laura Trueb; grandsons Gregg (Cindy) Trueb and Curtis Trueb; great grandsons Gavin and Nolan Trueb. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy, mother and father and brother Ralph Trueb. Friends may call at the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY,103 N.
