BRADY George "Joe" Brady, 80, of London died Saturday, June 28, 2014 in his residence. Born October 9, 1933 in Mt. Sterling; he was a son of Levi and Odie (Montgomery) Brady. Joe retired from Capitol Manufacturing in West Jefferson after 30 years of service and was a member of the Progressive Nine. Survivors include his children Joseph Brady, George Brady and Lyle White all of London, Rebekah (Mareo) Bland, Cynthia Martin and Belinda (Harold) Anderson and special daughter Marjorie (Dwayne) Jackson all of Columbus, sisters Freda Cain of Columbus and Mary "Bert" Allen of Washington CH and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Leo and James Brady and sister Hattie Smith. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 PM Wednesday in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London. Interment will follow in Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling.
