KEPLINGER Frances Keplinger, 87, of South Solon died Wednesday, September 14, 2016 in London.Born February 13, 1929 in Madison County; she was a daughter of the late Bertha (Exline) and Wesley Bennett.Frances had been a cook most of her life working at Greenview High School, Fayette Memorial Hospital and Orient State Hospital. A devout Christian, Frances belonged to Grace Community Church in South Solon, was active in the YMCA in Washington Court House and helped run the South Solon Coffee Shop.Survivors include her daughter Judy (David) Dye, daughter in law Donna Keplinger, grandchildren Michael, Luke (Heather), and Ben Keplinger, Shannon Penwell, Kim (Will) Mullins and Jordan Bowsher; great grandchildren Keera, Cyrus, Jaron, James and Addie Keplinger, Alexis Bowshier, Luke Patrick Mullins, Andrew, Nathaniel, Matthew, Jacob, Caitlyn and Chloe Penwell; sister in law Jane Exline, a host of nieces and nephews, special friend and caregiver Linda Park and special thanks to Sid and Carolyn Anderson for their care.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James Keplinger, son Richard "Rick" Keplinger, grandchildren Brandi and Jeremy Penwell, eight brothers and four sisters. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday in the Grace Community Church with Pastor Bruce Sigman officiating. Interment follows in Range Township Cemetery.
