STEVENS Forrest Ethel "Flo" Stevens, 81, of London died Monday, March 24, 2014 surrounded by family and friends at her residence. Born August 14, 1932 in London she was the daughter of Clarence and Blanche E. (Byerly) Rogers. She is survived by her children: Ricky (Betty) Rogers, Terry (Cindy) Stevens, and Charles R. (Melinda) Stevens, Jr. all of London; brother, Melvin E. Rogers. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Misty D. (Todd) Collinsworth, Charles R. Stevens III, Casey M. Stevens, Matthew Ross; great-grand children: Lakyn M. Collinsworth, Michael Ross, Andrew and Alisha; numerous nieces, nephews and brother and sister in laws. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Stevens; infant son Kip Eugene Stevens; parents; siblings Mary Ann Rogers, Clarence E. Rogers, Viola M. Whittaker, Albert L. Rogers, Marvin A. Rogers and Emma G. Dixon. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Vitas; Christy, Melinda, Ian, Jessica, Shaunda, and her respiratory therapist, Dan. The family would also like to thank special friends Donna Hanson, and Raymond Swick. Visitation will be from 11-1 PM on Friday, March 28, at the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St., London. Funeral services will begin at 1 PM with Pastor Ian Yorst officiating. Burial will follow at the Paint Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
