BROWN Elsie Ann (Travis) Brown entered into Heaven on March 15, 2015. Born May 21, 1941 to Cecil and Bernice (Galloway) Travis at home in Georgesville, OH. Elsie was a dedicated and loving mother, grandmother and wife. Survived by companion Glenn Dickson of Laurelville; she also is survived by her son Joe (Lynna) Mullins, daughter Violet (Jeremy Woodruff) Wilhoit both of London and daughter Crystal (Rodney) Rutter of Laurelville; also surviving are her four legged kids Spider, Jobonnie and Red. She was a loving grandmother to 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister Barb (Ronnie) Morgan and brothers Glen Travis and Richard (Vicky) Travis, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant sons, daughter Candi DeHart, sisters and brothers in law Bea and Jim Pollock, Reenie and Tubby Binkley, Shirley and Norman Hellems, Cecil and Mary Travis, Jr., Judy and Jack Schenkle, Linda and Chuck Ridgway, granddaughter Ariel Pegram, also preceded by former husband Bobby Moore and husbands Joe Mullins, Harold Smith and Abe Brown as well as family friend Troy DeHart. Friends may call at the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London from 6-8 PM Thursday and from 10-12 PM Friday, with funeral services starting at 12 noon, Friday with Pastor Thad Gifford officiating.
