MILLER Eldon Max Miller, 92, formerly of London died Friday, December 15, 2017 in Good Shepherd Village, Springfield.Born May 21, 1925 in London; he was a son of Willard and Bernice (Staffan) Miller. A World War II US Navy veteran, Eldon had worked at London Correctional and then worked and retired from Anderson Concrete. He was a member of the former VFW Post #1176, Aerie, #950 FOE and Madison Memorial Post #105, American Legion.Survivors include his daughter Casey Brann; grandchildren Jordan Hill, Tyler McClintick, Kaitlyn McClintick and Olivia Brann; former wife and friend Barbara Penwell; several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his brothers Gene and Dick Miller and sisters Avanelle Beekman, Waveline Spence and Dorothea Smith.Graveside services will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in Kirkwood Cemetery, London. Visitation will not be observed.
