McCARTY

Edward McCarty, 79, of London died Sunday, May 17, 2020 in his residence.

Born August 6, 1940 in Kentucky; he was a son of Glenn and Ellen (Reed) McCarty.

Ed had worked in construction all of his life.

Survivors include his sons Glenn Edward McCarty and Billy Ray McCarty both of London; Anna (Richard) Gilbert of Columbus, brother Charles (Wilma) McCarty of Ashville; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Dimple Ruth (Austin) McCarty, three brothers Arvil, Roy and James McCarty.

A graveside service will be held at 11 AM Thursday in Deercreek Township Cemetery, Lafayette. Friends may call at the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London from 3-7 PM Wednesday.
