CUNNINGHAM Edward T. Cunningham, 74, of London died Thursday, August 23, 2018 at his favorite camp grounds.Born July 29, 1944 in Springfield, he was a son of Eugene and Margaret (Murphy) Cunningham. Ed retired as assistant farm manager from London Correctional Institution. In 1967, he began volunteering with Central Township Fire Department, retiring from there in the early 2000's as assistant chief. He also attended the London Church of Christ in Christian Union (CCCU) and loved spending time with his second family at Tomorrow's Stars Camp Ground. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Linda (Berry) Cunningham; son Tom (Barb) Cunningham of London and his children Brittany (Alan) Lanum, Thomas (Tiffany) and Joseph Cunningham; daughter Penny (Randy) Mayabb of London and her children Taz and Damian Hamilton; son Jason (Mandi) Cunningham of Sedalia and his children Eric, Noah and Jacey Cunningham; several great grandchildren; brothers David (Joyce) Cunningham and Jack (Melissa) Cunningham both of London; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and special golf cart partner in crime Shiann. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday in the London CCCU, 180 W. Center St, London. Interment will follow in Range Township Cemetery, Sedalia. Friends may call at the church from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Sunday.
