RENAUD

Donald Robert Renaud, 85, London, Ohio, died Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at his residence after a resilient battle with vascular disease and congestive heart failure.

Born November 22, 1939, in Worcester, MA, he was the son of Edward Joseph and Leona L (Aubin) Renaud.

Donald worked for many years managing 7-Eleven and Cumberland Farms stores and most recently retired from Superior Dental and Surgical Manufacturing Co., in Florida. His hobby and passion were sports of any kind with a strong loyalty to the New England Patriots football team.  He spent many Sundays rehashing what could have been done better with his sister-in-law, Carol Renaud, in New England.

He was a veteran after serving six years in the Massachusetts National Guard.

Donald is survived by his stepchildren, Kathleen O'Neill (Cindy White) of Kettering, Ohio; Patrick (Gaye) O'Neill of Dayton, Ohio; Timothy O'Neill (Julie Roselius) of Kettering, Ohio; and Jennifer (Dennis) Dennison of London, Ohio; and his niece Dawn Marie (Roger) Socha of Alton, NH; as well as six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Beverly (Hoover), his grandson Ryan Dennison, and his brother Edward Paul Renaud.

The family extends their gratitude to Affinity Health Hospice and his caregivers at the Madison Senior Living Community of London, Ohio.

Memorial contributions can be made in Donald's name to Affinity Health Hospice , the Disabled American Veterans , and the American Heart Association .

There will be no public services, and the family will be reuniting Donald with his wife, Beverly, in a private service in Florida.
