MCSAVANEY

Dolores C. "Dee" McSavaney, 94, of London, died Saturday, February 3, 2024, in The Sterling Place, Mount Sterling.

Born February 8, 1929, in Columbus, she was a daughter of Albert and Hazel (Russell) Dellenbach.

A longtime member of the First Presbyterian Church of London, Dee had also belonged to the London Country Club. Along with her husband Richard, they ran Dick's TV and Appliance in London.

Survivors include her children Sandy Basinger and Everett McSavaney; grandchildren Zachary (Ashley) Basinger, Samuel (Lauren) Basinger, Francesca Basinger; great-grandchildren Trent, Shayla and Adria Basinger and sister, Nancy Wears; many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, husband Richard "Dick" McSavaney, granddaughter Sarah Basinger, great-grandson Henry Basinger, and brothers Kenneth (Alice) Dellenbach, Harold (Mary) Dellenbach, and Richard (Nancy) Dellenbach.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 16, 2024, in the First Presbyterian Church of London, 211 Garfield Avenue, London, Ohio 43140, with Pastor Désirée M. Youngblood officiating. Dee will then be entombed in the First Presbyterian Church Columbarium.
