COOPER Dean D. Cooper, 66, of London, died on March 27, 2018 in Arbors of London. Born June 1, 1951; he was the son of Arzella (Wilson) Herman and Emerson Herman. Dean never knew a stranger and was always willing to help others. Dean also loved collecting cans and listening to country music.Survivors include his siblings Josephine Artis, Vivian Price, Renee Willis, Rozella Cooper, Rena Jones, Raymond Cooper, Clarence Cooper and Larry Cooper, numerous nieces and nephews and life-long friend Chris.He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Deloris Frye and Elizabeth Jackson, brothers Richard, Curtis and Robert Cooper and best friend Arthur Malone. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 31, 2018 in the Fountain of Truth Ministries, 135 Maple Street, London with Elder Tyrone Artis officiating.
