THRELKELD David N. Threlkeld, 75, of London died Monday, August 24, 2015 in the London Health and Rehab Center. Born February 23, 1940 in Columbus, Georgia; he was a son of Harvey and Dora (Liner) Threlkeld. For 20 years, David worked at the former Shaw Elevator in London and then retired from the former Dial Corp in 2003. Survivors include his son and daughter in law David and Louann Threlkeld of Springfield, daughter and son in law Janice and Andy Estep of London; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, brother Larry Threlkeld of London and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Janice (Barber) Threlkeld in 2014, brothers Marvin "Buddy", Harvey "Junior" and Franklin "Bit" Threlkeld and sisters Nora Mae Detwiler and Louise Oyer. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London with Reverend Darrell Kelley officiating. Interment will follow in Paint Memorial Cemetery, London. Friends May call at the funeral home from 11 AM until time of services Wednesday.
