PETERSON

David Peterson, 83, formerly of London, died Thursday, March 11, 2021 in Arbors West.

Born August 24, 1937 in Madison County; he was a son of Leroy and Glenna (Gossett) Peterson.

David was a carpenter by trade, had worked at Tanner & Robison Lumber and retired as a custodian at Fairhaven School. He was a member of the former Progressive Nine and the Madison Memorial Post #105, American Legion.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Neva (Trent) Peterson, daughter Karen Redmond, brothers Leroy "Pete", Eldon, Robert, Emerson and Donald Peterson and sisters Kathryn Davis and Imogene Simmons.

Survivors include his children Eric (Zina) Evans, Jamelin Wilson, Marcella Hoosier, Gerald (Regina) Hoosier, Denise (Dwayne) Clark, Cheryl Cooper, Jerome Hoosier and Valerie (Richard) Mabra; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers Richard (Janet) Peterson, Matthew Peterson and Charles Peterson; many nieces and nephews; sister-in-law Peggy Peterson.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Monday, March 15, 2021 in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London with Rev. Richard Peterson officiating.

Interment will follow in Deercreek Township Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 AM until time of services Monday.
