HOWARD David E. Howard, 60, of London died Friday, November 24, 2017 in The Ohio State University Hospital. Born May 10, 1957 in Columbus; he was a son of John William and Rose Christina (Harris) Howard. David had been in the MRDD system most of his life, had worked at Matco, participated in the Special Olympics and had attended the First Baptist Church of London. Survivors include his siblings John W. Howard, Deborah J. Lowery, Christina Butts and Clark "Chuck" Howard; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and father and brothers Richard "Dickie" Howard, Ronald "Ronnie" Howard and Terry Lee Howard. Funeral services will be held at 7 PM Friday, December 1, 2017 in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London with Pastor Tyrone Artis officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, London at the family's convenience. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 PM until time of services Friday.
