Obituary

Cynthia Ann Stidam (Pickens), 77 , passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Cynthia touched countless lives with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering support.

For over 25 years, Cynthia served as a dedicated secretary at London City Schools, where her love for children shone brightly. Whether in the school hallways, around the neighborhood, or at the local fair, she had a special way of making every child feel seen and cared for.

Cynthia was the proud and constant cheerleader for her daughters, encouraging them through their careers and early years in local 4-H activities. Her joy only grew as she supported her grandchildren and great-grandchildren in their many sporting events, always present with a smile and words of encouragement.

She shared more than 50 wonderful years of marriage with the love of her life, Ralph Stidam, and together they raised two daughters who carry forward her legacy of love, strength, and compassion.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her beloved husband Ralph, and her parents, Dave and Phyllis Pickens.

She is survived by her daughters Amy (Jonathan) Webb, Tara (Chris) Ellis, sister Karen (Bob) Brougher, grandchildren Samantha (Wayne) Coleman, Zachary (Riley) Webb, Tyler (Kaitlin) Ellis, and great grandchildren Maddux, Kinzley, and Braxton Coleman.  Special friends Lynn (Eddie) Banion, Barb (John) Elfrink, Pam Wilson, and Wanda (Skip) Fout, along with several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

Funeral services will be held at Eberle-Fisher Funeral Home and Crematory , 103 N Main Street, London, Ohio, on Saturday, December 6th . Visitation will take place from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. , followed by the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. , and interment in Paint Memorial Cemetery.

Cynthia's life was a testament to the power of family, community, and quiet dedication. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
