With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Constance Louise “Connie” Ewing, on Friday, March 27, 2026, in Springfield Regional Medical Center, at the age of 72. Connie was born in Springfield, Ohio, to Martha Louise (Brown) Kendle on December 24, 1953.

She was an independent spirit – a true firecracker – who lived life on her own terms with plenty of strength coupled with dedication and always some humor. Connie’s heart was as big as her personality, always being there for others, ready to lend a hand, offer support, or simply listen. No matter the need, she would do anything for anyone, never asking for anything in return.

Connie is survived by numerous loving family members including her closet sister Luann and her special niece Coral, as well as her dear friends and the caring staff at Springfield Assisted Living, all of whom meant so much to her.

Cremation will take place in accordance with Connie’s wishes, public services will not be observed.
