OSBORNE Chilt A. Osborne, Jr. 78, of Big Plain, died Wednesday, August 23, 2017 in his residence. Born November 17, 1938 in Lawrence County, KY; he was a son of Chilt Allen and Elizabeth (Cantrell) Osborne. Chilt retired as a welder after 33 years from the former Buckeye Steel Company in Columbus. Survivors include his children Jeffrey (Vickie) Osborne of London, Laurie (Tony) Dennison of Mt. Sterling and Bonnie (Andrew) Osborne of London; grandchildren Holly (Levi) Mathews, Jack (Cathy) Osborne, TJ (Kirstie) Dennison, Steven (Tiffany) Osborne, Aaron (Kayleigh) Osborne, Brenden Barker, Kris Miller and Kody Miller; great-grandchildren Michelle Osborne, Emily Mathews, Isabella Osborne, Evey Hodges, Sheldon Mathews, Jace Dennison and Cade Dennison; sister Lula Ramey of Blain, KY and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret in 2012; six brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Saturday in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London with Pastor Jerry Poff officiating. Interment will follow in Big Plain Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 PM Friday.
