McNEAL

Cheryl Lin McNeal, 61, of Columbus, died Sunday, May 26, 2024, in Riverside Methodist Hospital.

Born January 19, 1963, in London, she was a daughter of Gary and Joan (Jackson) McNeal.

A 1981 graduate of London High School, Cheryl had been active in basketball, softball and track and was inducted in the LHS Hall of Fame in 1999. She loved anything involving true crime story tv shows- to reading, but she also enjoyed music. She was also a huge fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Michigan Wolverines. Cheryl had worked for 26 years at Stanley Electric in London and was currently employed at Jefferson Industries for over 12 years.

Survivors include her wife Heidi (Pflug) McNeal; siblings Donnie McNeal, Garry McNeal Jr, Regina "Gina" McNeal-Wilson and Juan (Brenda) McNeal; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Cheryl's life will be held on, Saturday, June 8, 2024, in the Fountain of Truth Ministries, 135 Maple Street, London, with Pastor Tyrone Artis officiating. Friends may call at the church from 1:00 PM- 2:00 PM with a memorial service beginning at 2:00 PM
