REMLEY

Charles A. Remley, Jr., 74, of Galloway, died Monday, June 5, 2023, in Columbus.

Born March 12, 1949, in Columbus, he was a son of Ruth (Watts) and Charles A. Remley, Sr.

Charlie retired after 30 years from the Ohio Dept. of Corrections and Rehabilitation and the Adult Parole Authority. A 50+ year member of the First Presbyterian Church of London, he was also past president and lifetime member of the London Jaycees.

Survivors include his wife and love of his life of 46 years Carol (Wallis) Remley; son Mike Remley, brother Robert (Dianna) Remley, brother-in-law Gary Wallis; nephew Robert Remley, Jr. as well as several other nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and in-laws William and Dorothy Wallis.

Friends may call at the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London from 3:00-5:00 PM Wednesday, June 14, 2023. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Sunset Cemetery, Alton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Charlie's name may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of London, 211 Garfield Ave., London, Ohio 43140.
