MEDORS Charles Bernard Medors, 89, of London, died Thursday, May 30, 2013 in the Crown Point Care Center, Columbus. Born November 19, 1923 in West Virginia; he was a son of Benton and Ester (Sayer) Medors. Charles retired from Setterlin Construction in Columbus and was a US Marine Staff Sergeant in World War II, earning two purple hearts. Survivors include his wife of 68 years Alice (Chesser) Medors; children Penny (John) Dixon of London, Joe (Becky) Medors of Pickerington, Susan Mathewson of Galloway and Kathy (Kevin) Fleming of Kingston, AR; 10 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his five brothers Denver, Paul, William, Stanley and Warren. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM Saturday in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London, Ohio with Mr. Tim Arbaugh officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-5 PM Saturday.
