CECIL ETC Charles F. Cecil, Jr. USN. RET., 76 died February 24, 2015 at the Sycamore Kettering Medical Center in Miamisburg Ohio. Born July 9, 1938 in Columbus Ohio, he is the son of the late Charles F Cecil and Mary Catharine (Nickell). He graduated from London high school in 1956. He served in the United States Navy for 24 years and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was a long time employee until shortly before his death at Epic Technologies in Mason Ohio. He is survived by his wife Janet Cecil (Cox); son Richard V. Cecil; stepchildren Allen Stevenson and Lea (Bill) Welsh; siblings Sharon (Joe) Brackett, Tom (Rosie) Cecil; step-grandchildren Simon and Gabriella Stevenson; nephews Bill (Christina) and Dan (Kasha) Brackett; niece Andrea (Chad) Brown and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Emma May (Harriod). Memorial graveside services with full military honors will be held at a later date.
