BLAKE Steve Blake, 64 of London died Sunday, February 12, 2017 in his residence. Born May 1, 1952 in Columbus; he was the son of Ray Blake and Judy (Parsell) Maynard. Steve was the owner/operator of Deercreek Construction and the former owner/operator of the Lake Choctaw Marina. A member of both the Lake Choctaw Board of Directors and Boosters, the LHS Band Boosters and had sponsored the Lake Choctaw 4th of July Fishing Tournament from 1999-2014. Survivors include his father Ray; daughters Amanda Blake, Sally Blake (Ken Larson) and Stacy (Brian) Conn; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and his fur legged friends Killian, Yuengling, Tommy and Buddy.He was preceded in death by his wife Patty in 1995 and his mother Judy in 2015. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Saturday in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London.
