LETT Chad "Chaddy Mac" Lett, Sr. was born April 11, 1980 and departed this life at his London residence on January 25, 2018. Chad A. Lett Sr., 37 of London, Ohio lost his life long battle with asthma at home with his family on January 25, 2018. He was a life long resident of London, who loved cook outs, fishing and spending time with his beloved family and friends. He was preceded in death by his biological mother Sandra Lett, grandfather James Minor Sr., grandmother Naomi Minor and nephew Chad Reams Jr. Chad is survived by grandmother Mary Lett, mother and father Karen and Gregory Moxley, mother in law Laura Temple, sisters Chasity Lett and Brandy Minor, wife and mother of his children Ruby "Jenny" Lett, daughters Halie Shinell, Alyric Lett, Sophia "Sophie" Lett, sons Chad "Chaddy" Lett Jr., Zachary "Zach" Cline, Anthony "Dub" Lett, sisters in law Misty (Drake), Jamie (Pete), brother in law Jared (Ashley) and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held from 10am until noon on Friday, February 2, 2018 at First Baptist Church, 250 Toland Ave., London, Ohio. Funeral service will be held at noon Friday, followed by a graveside service at Kirkwood cemetery. Everyone will gather for food and refreshment following the graveside ceremony at First Baptist Church.
