PHILLIPS Chad R. Phillips, 36, of London died Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Madison Health Hospital of a heart attack. Born June 19, 1981 in Walnut Creek, CA; he was the son of Paul R. Phillips and Ruth (Buss) Jacoby. Chad had worked for Rent 2 Own for the last 12 years and was currently managing the London store. He never met a stranger and would gladly give anyone the shirt off of his back. He passed away doing just that. Helping someone who needed it. His co-workers quickly became family and his customers his friends. What he enjoyed best in life was spending time with his wife and two daughters, taking vacations to the beach and Disney World and spending any amount of time just sitting around with his family. Anytime spent with his family, put a smile on his face and a heart full of love. He will be deeply missed by his wife Jennifer (Malott) Phillips, his high school sweetheart and soulmate; daughters Jenica and Ashley Phillips, who held his entire heart; his mother and step father Ruth and Rick Jacoby of Lancaster, OH; maternal grandparents Earl and Marion Buss of LaPine, OR and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Paul, whom is waiting to welcome him to Heaven. A memorial service celebrating Chad's life will be held at 4 PM on Sunday, February 25, 2018 in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St, London.
